How it Works
It’s SIMPLE! Anyone can join and become a Member. Just click on the "How To Start" button at the top of this web page, follow the easy instructions to download the Commonwealth LSP Application, complete it as required and return it to Commonwealth with the appropriate payment. Or, call Commonwealth's automated attendant any time, day or night, toll-free at (1-877-305-6005), leave your name and phone number and request that our Membership Services department have an account executive return your call. Our account executives are standing by, ready to help you complete your Commonwealth LSP Application at any time, Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. EST. That’s it!
Once Commonwealth receives a completed LSP Membership Application and payment, Commonwealth will send you the Membership materials and Membership card setting forth your start date and account number and other pertinent information.
Then, any time you have a legal issue and need to talk to an attorney, you can call Commonwealth’s automated attendant at our easy to remember toll-free number (also printed on your membership card for your convenience) (1-877-305-6500), leave your name, account number and phone number and request Attorney Services. Commonwealth does the rest! You will immediately receive a call from a Commonwealth legal assistant. You explain your legal issue to the legal assistant. Then, an LSP attorney (called a “Provider”) in your area will call to assist you with your specific issue.
Commonwealth Members needn’t worry about being able to afford an attorney, they have already retained one! Commonwealth’s Providers are highly qualified, with years of hands on experience at the forefront of their respective practice areas having the skills necessary to implement comprehensive representation of a Member to meet their personal legal needs. Commonwealth’s Providers furnish the quality of legal services typically associated with large costly law firms, while affording Members the personalized attention and consideration typical of the small and intimate “boutiques.”
